Customer Service Department - Portland, Oregon

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one year sales order desk experience 
• Excellent Attendance

PREFERRED:
• Sales desk experience
• Typing, phone and basic computer skills

JOB DUTIES:
• Take orders by telephone
• Follow up on quotes, stock checks, eta’s
• Learn multiple product lines
• Process orders and other related duties
• Attain knowledge about floorcovering to assist customers with questions about our products.

NOTE:
This is an extremely technical and fast paced job. Any experience with floorcovering products would be very beneficial.

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
